The Operations Safety Supervisor plays a critical role in fostering a strong safety culture and managing environmental compliance at the facility.
Required Qualifications- 2+ years of safety/operations leadership experience
- Ability to work 10+ hours each shift
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
