Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a talented and experienced Principal Quality Analyst to join the MESA Program Quality Team at the BWI plant in Baltimore, Maryland
.

What

You'll Get to Do
  • Perform Traceability Audits of material movements in Inventory. The audits are to ensure that MESA material in Inventory is traceable to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Requires 4-6 weeks training (in person)
  • Conduct process reviews to provide process validation, improve productivity and performance.
  • Perform AS9100 audits to ensure compliance with standard requirements.
  • Prepare, maintain and review quality assurance procedures to assure compliance with customer and/or government requirements.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written), and organizational skills. Must work well in a team setting.
  • Coordinate with the NGC Global Supply Chain (GSC), and the Supplier Quality and Mission Assurance functions to enhance cross harmonization of activities and initiatives.
  • Attention to detail and works with an appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Additional relevant duties as required by the program.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5 Years related experience with a Bachelor s; or 3 Years related experience with a Masters; or 1 Year related experience with a PhD; or 9 years of related experience will be accepted in lieu of Bachelor s degree.
  • Experience with AS9100/ISO
    9001, audits and requirements.
  • Experience with SAP transactions.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
  • US Citizenship required
