, industry‑leading business with over 75 years of success. We are one of the largest distributors of natural stone slabs, poured‑in‑place terrazzo, and quartz surfacing. We believe that the cornerstone of our success is due to the teamwork and dedication of our employee‑owners. We are seeking a Full‑Time, Permanent Batch Maker for a Monday through Friday day shift.

Responsibilities
  • Combine raw materials following established recipes to produce consistent and high‑quality batches of products.
  • Operate and maintain mixing and measuring equipment, ensuring proper sanitation and safety protocols are followed.
  • Fill orders accurately and timely.
  • Unload and load trucks.
  • Organize materials.
  • Tint epoxy resin for customer orders.
  • Other warehouse duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

What You Need to Get the Job Done:

  • Ability to follow complex instructions and detect small changes in product quality.
  • Proficiency in basic math to accurately measure and mix ingredients according to batch tickets.
  • Team‑oriented player attitude.
  • History of reliability.
  • Committed to high safety standards.
  • The capability to lift and move heavy materials, often weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to tell the difference between various colors.
  • Experience working with paint/tint.
  • Warehouse experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience is a plus but is not required.
