Maintenance Technician; Manufacturing Experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime and safe operations.

7:30am-3:30pm (OT Opportunities Available)

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain and service motors, conveyors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and automated machinery
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
• Document maintenance activities, work orders, and parts usage using CMMS
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment reliability
• Maintain facility systems such as HVAC, lighting, and compressed air (as applicable)

$27 - $31 an hour
