Electromechanical Assemblers

Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Instruments Assembler to join their team. As an Instruments Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $23.00 per hour

** Shift:
** Days (07:00am - 3:30 PM)

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform a wide variety of assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical assemblies, including wiring, component installation, and hand soldering.

+ Follow diagrams, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly and quality standards.

+ Conduct quality inspections and testing on assemblies and subassemblies.

+ Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety policies and procedures.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED with 2.5 years of manufacturing experience or an AA technical degree with relevant technical experience.

+ Experience working in a regulated environment is required.

+ Proficiency in reading drawings, interpreting measurements, and using mechanical tools.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within team settings.

+ Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
