Catcher​/Loader

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Loads sheets onto stacker on folding machine.

* Removes and inspects folded inserts/outserts from machine. Replaces defective product and maintains proper counts.

* Makes inner trays and outer boxes to pack finished products.

* Performs in process quality checks to ensure compliance with quality standards.

* Follows GMPs and completes all related paperwork.

* Prepares shipping labels and applies to outer cartons. Places boxes on pallets.

* Assists technician in troubleshooting mechanical problems as needed.

* Uses computer to record status of orders and quality of work completed.

* Maintains work area in a neat and orderly condition in accordance with housekeeping and safety requirements.

* Other duties as assigned within the finishing department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Attention to detail.

* Good mathematical aptitude.

* Able to read, write and speak English

* Good organizational skills.

* Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to interface with all departments.

* Capable of reading a ruler.

* Handwriting must be legible (capable of being read or deciphered) on all company forms.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. intermittently. No lifting above the shoulders.

* Normal vision.

* Ability to stand/sit for long periods of time.

* Able to push & pull up to 35 lbs.
