Production Associate – Mat Roller (2nd Shift)

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely places them into a rolling machine for processing, maintains the cleanliness of the work area, and sorts and places the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. This role operates on a performance‑based incentive pay structure;

the Mat Roller must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, with additional compensation tied to exceeding those standards.

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats.
• Safely load mats into the rolling machine for processing.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $15.75 – $18.38 per hour. The range accounts for factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and business needs. Typical hiring will not occur at the top of the range; compensation decisions are fact‑based.
