We are currently hiring for:
Production Associate

The Production Associate can gain experience working in various poultry processing positions including Cone Line, Slitter, Scale Operator and Mixing. The plant is refrigerated, lifting 50-67 lbs., and standing for 80% of the time. Production is fast paced so we need someone committed to accuracy and speed.

• Ability to change or adapt work practices and positive thinking.
• Learn new skills and assist with improving current processes.
• Working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a reasonable flow of production.
• May require performing different job duties within the line or other departments as needed.

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Be able to follow procedures.
• Follow plant GMP, PPE, SQF, Safety and USDA guidelines.
• Ability to work quickly and safely to meet production requirements.
• Candidate must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug and background screen.
