About the Role:

• A leading industrial manufacturing company is seeking a Controls Technician to support the maintenance and optimization of high-speed production equipment. This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity and equipment reliability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining automated systems, including PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and various mechanical components. If you thrive in hands-on environments and have a strong background in industrial maintenance, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs (Logix 500, Studio 5000, PLC
  5)
• Work with HMI systems (Versa Views), Vega Gauges, and other automation tools
• Maintain and repair conveyors, palletizers, de-palletizers, filling equipment, and distribution lines
• Perform diagnostics on pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Operate and maintain hot oil heaters, air compressors, and fire pumps
• Assist contractors with permits and task direction
• Conduct preventative maintenance across multiple systems

Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with heavy manufacturing equipment and automated systems
• Familiarity with PLC programming and diagnostics
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Ability to diagnose machine faults and interpret schematics
• Experience in clean room environments is a plus
• Industrial electrician skillsets preferred
