The Waldorf School of Baltimore is seeking its next Executive Director to begin on or before July 2026

In partnership with our Search Committee, the Board of Trustees has identified the key attributes we seek in our next leader—an approachable, mission-driven, and visionary individual who will guide our community with warmth, strategic insight, and collaborative spirit.
