The Talent Shop is seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee multiple bakery café locations across the DMV area. This hands‑on, people‑focused leader will inspire teams, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and drive operational and financial success.

• 5+ years of management experience in hospitality, food service, or retail (Previous bakery + cafe experience preferred!)
• Mon‑Fri + Weekend availability a MUST
• Strong leadership skills with proven success in team development
• Solid financial acumen with KPI management experience
• Hands‑on leadership style with adaptability in fast‑paced environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
