Overview
Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled and dynamic Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage monthly General Ledger (GL) reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role requires a great personality to effectively collaborate with individuals across the operations teams and the C-Suite. Additionally, the Controller will be responsible for managing a team and the ability to implement change within the department.
A CPA designation is required.
- Manage and oversee monthly reporting processes
- Collaborate with the operations team and C-suite in providing financial trends analyses
- Manage the company’s audit process
- Prepare and complete ad hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead and develop the accounting team to ensure high-performing individuals
- CPA certification is required
- Proven experience in financial management and GL reporting
- Excellent communication skills and emotional EQ
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
