Compensation: $115,000 to $140,000 + Bonus

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close
- Manage financial reporting and ensure GAAP compliance
- Strengthen and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
- Oversee audit processes and partner with external auditors
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Provide leadership with insights that inform operational and strategic decisions
- Improve reporting processes, systems, and workflows
- CPA required
- Big 4 or Top 10 experience strongly preferred
- 5 or more years of progressive experience including at least 3 years in public accounting
- Experience with manufacturing, utilities, distribution, or energy clients is an advantage
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills; prior ERP experience is helpful
- Strong communication skills and leadership presence
