Compensation: $115,000 to $140,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close
  • Manage financial reporting and ensure GAAP compliance
  • Strengthen and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
  • Oversee audit processes and partner with external auditors
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Provide leadership with insights that inform operational and strategic decisions
  • Improve reporting processes, systems, and workflows
What We Are Looking For
  • CPA required
  • Big 4 or Top 10 experience strongly preferred
  • 5 or more years of progressive experience including at least 3 years in public accounting
  • Experience with manufacturing, utilities, distribution, or energy clients is an advantage
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Advanced Excel skills; prior ERP experience is helpful
  • Strong communication skills and leadership presence
