Role Overview

ADG Consulting is hiring a Project & Site Manager to support operational excellence and project execution across a portfolio of work for the Solomon’s Minds network (which includes ADG Consulting, GFD Real Estate Developers, Tatum’s Home Services, STG Technologies, and affiliated entities). This role is ideal for a recent Master’s graduate or early-career professional with strong organizational skills, an interest in operations and real estate development, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across organizations.

Key Responsibilities Project & Operations Management (Solomon’s Minds Network)
  • Manage and improve internal operational systems, workflows, SOPs, and documentation
  • Support cross-department coordination and project execution across multiple entities
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-time completion
  • Assist leadership with resource planning, task prioritization, and operational alignment
Site Management (GFD Developers Only)
  • Serve as site manager for GFD Developers projects and properties
  • Coordinate on-site activities, vendors, and timelines
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and report on development and operational status
  • Ensure site activities align with project plans, safety standards, and operational goals
Vendor & Contract Management (GFD Developers Only)
  • Lead vendor coordination, procurement support, and contract tracking
  • Assist with onboarding vendors and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance with project requirements
Performance Monitoring & Reporting (Solomon’s Minds Network)
  • Monitor operational KPIs and project performance metrics
  • Support data tracking and reporting related to operations, property performance, and organizational efficiency
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement
Budgeting & Risk Support (Solomon’s Minds Network)
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking across projects and properties
  • Assist with risk identification, mitigation planning, and operational controls
  • Help ensure projects remain aligned with budgetary and resource constraints
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s degree strongly preferred (e.g., Public Administration, Business, Urban Planning, Real Estate, Project Management, or related fields)
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in project management, operations, real estate, consulting, or a related field
  • Experience with project management concepts, tools, and frameworks (e.g., planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and reporting)
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel to project sites within the state as required
  • Availability to work on-site for projects as needed. While the role is hybrid, on-site work may be required up to five (5) days per week depending on project needs
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage competing deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different teams and entities
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing organization
Preferred
  • Familiarity with documentation systems or dashboards
  • Exposure to real estate development, property management, or consulting operations
  • Experience supporting budgets, vendors, or operational workflows
