A professional services organization is looking for an experienced Benefits & Leave Administration Manager to lead the management of employee benefits and leave programs. This individual will oversee compliance with regulations such as ERISA and ACA, manage vendor relationships, and administer various leave programs. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of experience in benefits administration, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
Compensation includes an hourly rate of $50-$58, transitioning to a salary of $120-130K after six months.
