Job SummaryThe Account Manager oversees daily operations of an assigned location, ensuring exceptional service for clients and guests. This role involves managing staff, maintaining client relationships, overseeing financial aspects such as revenue and payroll, and performing valet duties when needed.
Primary ObjectiveTo lead and manage valet operations by delivering outstanding guest service, optimizing efficiency, and driving financial performance. Focus on staff development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management:
Serve as primary contact for each property, ensuring contractual obligations are met and fostering open communication. - Daily Operational Oversight:
Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance to ensure smooth daily operations. Conduct regular site visits to identify and resolve issues. - Financial and Administrative Tasks:
Monitor site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses; identify trends and irregularities to keep operations financially on track. - Team Supervision and Training:
Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates; set clear performance expectations and foster a positive work environment. - Communication and Reporting:
Provide regular updates to management through reports on progress, challenges, and account needs. - Supervisory Responsibilities:
Involve staff in planning, decision-making, and process improvement; maintain open and accessible leadership style. - Additional Responsibilities:
Support company’s operational and financial objectives; attend staff meetings and complete assigned training modules in a timely manner.
- Education:
High school diploma or GED required; at least three years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar field. - Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; maintain acceptable motor vehicle record. - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; effective training and leadership skills; payroll management; excellent communication and reporting skills. - Physical Demands:
Extended periods running, standing, walking; ability to lift and carry moderate weights; vision abilities to maintain situational awareness.
Indoor and outdoor settings, collaboration with teams, vendors, and clients on‑site and in corporate environments. Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Location can be noisy with moving vehicles.
CompensationSalary Range: $50,000 – $55,000 annually, bonus potential. Rates can vary by market and professional experience.
