The OpportunityThis is a rare opportunity to join the Baltimore Orioles at a transformational moment in the franchise's history. As Chief of Staff, you'll serve as the strategic partner to the President of Business Operations, translating vision into execution, ensuring the right decisions get made at the right time, and building the systems that enable this organization to compete at a championship level.
You'll have direct access to senior leadership and ownership, serving as both strategic architect and operational integrator. This isn't an administrative role—it’s about being the connective tissue between bold ideas and meaningful outcomes.

- Partner with department heads to improve how teams work together, reducing friction and increasing execution speed
- Champion a team-first culture that balances creative problem-solving with disciplined accountability, where individual contributions strengthen collective success
- 7–10 years in management consulting, sports business, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, law, government, or similar high-performance environments
