What You'll Be Doing

• Lead federal projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate closely with owners, inspectors, and internal teams
• Drive proactive problem-solving on complex, secure project sites
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism

• What They're Looking For

• 5+ years of federal construction Project Management experience
• Strong knowledge of federal procedures, documentation, and compliance
• Ability to manage travel-based, high-visibility projects
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Experience delivering projects in regulated environments
