The Hub for Leadership Learning is dedicated to empowering professionals and volunteers to enhance their leadership abilities. By fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing, the organization works to equip individuals with the tools to guide the greater Baltimore Jewish community toward a just and healthy future.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Pikesville, MD. The Director of Leadership Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership and training programs. The role includes fostering leadership development initiatives, coaching individuals to strengthen leadership capabilities, managing programs, and partnering with stakeholders to advance Na’aleh’s mission.

• Expertise in Leadership Development and Coaching
• Proficiency in Training and Development, with experience designing and facilitating training programs
• Strong Program Management skills to ensure successful planning, execution, and evaluation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate with diverse groups
• Familiarity with or connection to the Baltimore Jewish community is a plus
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire individuals
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in leadership, training, or related areas preferred
