About the RoleAs a CBRE Sr Facilities Manager, you will manage many functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings. This position is part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on all aspects of operations of a set of assets, supporting Property Managers in repairs and investment plans.
What You'll Do- This role is in the retail banking sector.
- Provide formal supervision to 6 employees; track training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee recruiting and hiring.
- Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities: establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross‑train staff, set and track deadlines, and mentor as needed.
- Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
- Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
- Prepare and manage large capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
- Perform facility inspections and quality assurance following regulations; suggest and implement operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrades.
- Create environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
- Develop vendor relationships and oversee invoicing procedures; review and approve purchase orders for parts, services, and labor.
- Apply broad knowledge of the business and integrate discipline with others to achieve departmental objectives.
- Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, influence others guided by policies and plans.
- Identify and solve complex technical and operational problems.
- Understand broader departmental impact.
- Improve existing methods, processes, and standards within the discipline.
- 10+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in a banking environment.
- People management experience and oversight of financials and budgets.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; if no degree, combined education and experience will be considered. Valid driver’s license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
- Experience creating and analyzing budgets.
- Experience managing quarterly business review processes.
- Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, performance evaluation, and retention.
- Ability to handle sensitive, complex information and convey performance expectations.
- Leadership skills to motivate the team toward operational targets.
- In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Extensive organizational skills and a curious mindset.
- Intermediate math skills for financial calculations.

CompensationThe minimum salary for the Sr Facilities Manager position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary is $130,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also receive a discretionary bonus as part of CBRE’s benefit program.
