A leading Top-10 GC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large, complex projects $100M+ across the D.C. region. This role leads full project delivery from precon through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, safety, and client relationships on high-visibility work.

• Lead all phases of major projects ($100M–$500M+).
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact.
• Oversee project teams, including PMs, PEs, and Superintendents.
• Drive schedule, budget, quality, and safety performance.
• Manage contracts, change orders, risk, and financials.
• Partner closely with preconstruction, field leadership, and trade partners.

• 10+ years’ experience, including delivery of $100M+ projects.
• Background in large commercial, mission‑critical, or federal builds.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, P6, and modern construction tools.

• Lead marquee projects for a nationally recognized GC.
• Clear path to Executive positions at the company.
