We’re looking for an experienced accounting leader to oversee core accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance for a growing organization. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements and technology adoption. Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers who can manage teams, ensure accurate reporting, and champion modernization initiatives.

• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash management functions.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; ensure timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Maintain strong internal controls and coordinate audits.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and new standards.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and technology adoption.
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, including M&A and integration activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting best practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams and implement process improvements.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and a passion for leveraging technology.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
