The Maintenance Tech Supervisor oversees a team of technicians, managing daily operations, repairs, and preventive maintenance for buildings/equipment, ensuring safety compliance, handling scheduling, training, budgeting, and coordinating with management and contractors to keep facilities running smoothly and efficiently.

• Team Leadership
  :
  Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance technicians and staff; provide technical guidance.
• Operations Management
  :
  Plan and assign daily tasks, manage work orders, prioritize repairs, and ensure timely completion.
• Preventive Maintenance
  :
  Develop and implement maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and machinery.
• Safety & Compliance
  :
  Enforce safety protocols (like OSHA), conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Budget & Inventory
  :
  Monitor maintenance budgets, order parts and supplies, and manage inventory.
• Reporting
  :
  Maintain records, track performance, and report on maintenance status, costs, and issues to upper management.
• Coordination
  :
  Work with contractors and other departments to address complex issues or large projects.

• Daily
  :
  Review requests, dispatch technicians, resolve urgent issues, check completed work, and conduct safety checks.
• Weekly/Monthly
  :
  Plan schedules, review performance, manage budgets, order supplies, and update records.
• Ongoing
  :
  Implement new procedures, train staff, manage capital projects, ensure system uptime, and reduce downtime.

• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Hotel or similar building experience.
• Ability to read blueprints/manuals and diagnose complex issues.

$30.23 per hour
