Position SummaryThe Property Manager / Residential Support Staff is responsible for day‑to‑day oversight, safety, and coordination at 112 S Mount Street Baltimore, Maryland, a shared room rental property operated by Unity Shared Housing, LLC. The role focuses on property operations, resident supervision, safety monitoring, medication oversight (non‑administration), documentation, emergency response, and compliance with housing rules, health requirements, and agency policies.
Minimum Qualifications & Compliance Requirements- Free from tuberculosis, measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella
- Physician/MD statement
- Criminal background check completed prior to assignment
- Ability to comply with property policies, house rules, and local regulations
- Fire & life safety
- Emergency and evacuation procedures
- Infection control and hand hygiene
- Basic food safety awareness
- Cognitive Impairment (Alzheimer’s/Dementia)
- Health & psychosocial needs of the resident population
- Resident rights
- Awareness of service plans and resident assessments
- Move‑in documentation
- Move‑out documentation
- Changes in resident status or condition
- Daily or periodic property/resident notes
- Complete incident reports
- Document safety concerns, rule violations, or unusual events
- Oversee daily operations of the shared housing property
- Conduct routine room and common‑area checks
- Enforce house rules and maintain a safe, drug‑free environment
- Ensure resident medications are secured properly
- Provide medication reminders as needed
- Monitor residents to ensure medications are not misused, shared, or diverted
- Report medication‑related safety concerns or suspected misuse promptly
- No medication administration or dispensing
- Serve as on‑site point of contact for residents
- Print and distribute schedules, notices, or reminders as needed
- Review expectations, schedules, and house rules with residents
- Encourage participation in scheduled appointments and obligations
- Complete required documentation in iCanotes and Redline
- Take phone messages, direct calls appropriately, and receive visitors as necessary
- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Submit maintenance issues to White Glove Property Management
- Coordinate access for vendors or contractors
- Understand and abide by all facility and property policies
- Cooperate with government officials, inspectors, or authorized representatives who visit or contact the site
- Take appropriate action during emergencies
- Follow emergency and evacuation procedures
- Remain on site with residents during emergency relocation or critical events until properly relieved
- Ability to remain alert and responsive while on duty
- Ability to walk the property and perform inspections
- Ability to respond appropriately during emergencies
This position is staffed through Mid-Atlantic Staffing and assigned to Rose Hill Shared Housing, operated by ROSE HILL SHARED HOUSING LLC, located at 248 N Fulton Avenue. Mid-Atlantic Staffing is the employer of record. ROSE HILL SHARED HOUSING LLC has contracted with Mid-Atlantic Staffing to provide staffing services. All work is subject to applicable housing regulations, state requirements, and Mid-Atlantic Staffing policies and procedures.
