A university facility in Baltimore is seeking a Custodian to clean and maintain office buildings, laboratories, classrooms, and outside areas. Responsibilities include sweeping, vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, moving furniture, and inspecting for maintenance issues. Candidates should have a high school diploma and ideally possess experience in custodial services. The position is part-time with a starting salary of $18.00 per hour, increasing to $20.75 after 12 months, with scheduled hours from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
