Field Service Technician

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Field Service Technician located in Baltimore, MD. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, and repairing precision instruments. Day‑to‑day tasks include performing routine maintenance, calibrations, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal instrument performance. The technician will also provide customer training and support, adhere to safety guidelines, and maintain accurate service records.

Travel to client sites within the designated area is required.

• Technical skills:
  Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of precision instruments
• Problem‑solving skills:
  Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Customer service skills:
  Experience in providing customer training and support
• Attention to detail:
  Ability to maintain accurate service records and adherence to safety guidelines
• Relevant experience:
  Familiarity with industries such as biomedical sciences, food & beverage, and chemical analysis is a plus
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to travel to client sites within the designated area
• Educational background: A degree or certification in a related technical field is preferred
