WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You can expect an average day to include:

• Waking early; success waits for no sleeper
• Professional presentation: tuck in your shirt and prepare for the day
• Fill your truck with items from our fully stocked warehouse
• Open company-provided iPad and iPhone to see your first money-making opportunity
• Arrive on time at the customer home and deliver 6-star service that earns excellent reviews
• Receive real-time coaching/support; you are coachable
• Have parts/materials delivered to you so your head stays in the job
• Record notes for the next technician because you are team-oriented
• Collect payment from the customer; if the company doesn’t get paid, neither do you
• Head home after a productive day

All residential HVAC, all day long. Gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, service, and more. We do it right. If you don’t like people, this isn’t the place for you. Customer service means presenting options for homes and families and giving the customer the power of choice that makes sense.

• Learn and implement the One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Diagnose problems in clients’ HVAC systems
• Recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs with a goal of less than 1% callbacks
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and ensure cleanliness after each job
• Maintain the company vehicle, keeping it clean inside and out

Pay: $55,000.00 - $ per year with commission and bonuses.
