• Assists in the repair of the buildings and grounds of a luxury residential apartment community.
• Prepares vacant units for occupancy.
• Inspects building and grounds for cleanliness and repairs.
• Responds to service requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Performs duties according to OSHA standards and follows company policies.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as work orders, safety rules, and operating procedures.
• High school diploma required. Universal CFC license required. Minimum 4 years related experience required.
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred.
• Must have own transportation. Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
• Salary commensurate with qualifications.

• Experience in building maintenance.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency on-call rotation.
• Ability to exert 25-50 pounds of force frequently.
• Personal, reliable transportation to get to work and to respond to on-call emergencies.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• A sharp professional appearance.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using various software, apps and computer programs.
• A service mentality, desire to learn and contribute.
