The Washington Litigation Group is looking to hire a paralegal tojoin our team at this critical moment for our nation.
The paralegal will work on all aspects of the firm’s civil and criminal practice collaboratively with all members of the WLG team. The ideal candidate has approximately 1-5 years’ experience either as a paralegal or in the legal field. Candidate should have familiarity with cite‑checking, document management, case tracking, and general administrative support. Candidates must be based in the Washington, D.C. area.
The firm operates a flexible, hybrid in‑office/remote environment with only 2 days in office required.

About UsFounded in August, WLG is a boutique not‑for‑profit law firm based in Washington, DC and dedicated to defending the rule of law. We represent individuals and institutions who have been unlawfully targeted by the current Administration for exercising their rights, and we also bring affirmative litigation to curb governmental overreach.
The firm is led by a unique steering committee that includes some of the most prominent members of the DC bar, including former senior partners at law firms, two former judges, and former high‑ranking DOJ officials.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Experience with cite checking and Bluebook
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe Pro, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom
- Familiarity with document management systems such as Everlaw and Clio
- In office two days a week
Salary Range: $65,000 to $95,000 depending on experience
