Duties- Draft and file legal complaints.
- Respond to written discovery requests.

- Independently handle a caseload and develop expertise.
- 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Experience representing plaintiffs in injury matters preferred.
- Consideration given to those with insurance defense experience.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland.
- Strong legal research and writing abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
