A leading modular construction firm is seeking a full‑time, on‑site paralegal to own the full contract lifecycle – from negotiation through execution. • Prepare, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and amendments.
• Manage risk exposure, insurance compliance, and contract tracking in Salesforce.
• Collaborate across Legal, Sales, and Project Management to secure favorable terms.
• Leverage tools like Docu Sign, SharePoint, and AI‑based platforms (Superlegal AI).
• Serve as a trusted liaison ensuring contracts are executed accurately and efficiently.

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in commercial construction (required).
• Degree in Paralegal Studies (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) and Paralegal Certification.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills – diplomatic, persistent, and clear.
• Tech‑savvy and open to AI/CLM tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Long‑term commitment to a paralegal career (not a stepping stone to law school).
