We are a well-established Maryland-based plaintiff litigation firm focused on representing injured workers and individuals in workers’ compensation and personal injury matters. Salary $60,000 - $70,000 per year

The paralegal in this role will support plaintiff‑side workers’ compensation and personal injury matters from intake through resolution. Responsibilities include

• Managing and organizing case files from initial intake through settlement or hearing
• Communicating regularly with clients regarding case status, medical treatment, and documentation
• Requesting, reviewing, and organizing medical records, wage records, and employment documentation
• Assisting attorneys with preparation for Workers’ Compensation Commission hearings and personal injury litigation
• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and settlement‑related documents
• Tracking deadlines, hearings, and follow‑ups to ensure cases move efficiently
• Coordinating with medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
