Litigation Associate

Peak Partners has a client who is a well-established boutique Baltimore based law firm in search of a litigation associate attorney. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and can help the Partner work on a variety of litigation matters. The firm has a strong team who is willing to train and support the candidate’s professional growth and has a variety of high-end personal injury work as well as insurance defense.

Initially the candidate will be responsible for research and drafting, with some opportunities to go to District Court.

The firm offers a hybrid or work in the office option and provides paid parking.

• Support lawyers on litigation strategy.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Research and advise on all applicable federal, state, civil and related regulatory laws.
• Attend to the clients on smaller matters and represent them in District Court.

• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate required.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Maryland.
