This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Life Insurance Agent, based in the Washington DC‑Baltimore Area. The Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for building relationships with clients, conducting needs assessments, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Daily responsibilities include selling life insurance policies, assisting clients with financial strategies, and ensuring a high level of customer service. This role requires dedication to guiding clients toward a lifetime of financial security through personalized insurance and financial advice.

• Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge and experience in Insurance and Finance
• Excellent ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and build client relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Well‑developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to analyze financial needs and recommend suitable solutions
• State insurance licensing or willingness to obtain licensure
• Prior experience in the financial or insurance industry is a plus
