Position: Sr. SAP HCM Consultant For Oman Work location

Overview

Location - onsite, Oman

Duration - 6 months initially + extended

Core Skill SAP HCM Architect with Solid work experience in ECC Payroll, Time Management, Compensation management, and experience in SF Employee Central, Onboarding and PMGM.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all phases of SAP HCM and Success Factors implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data migration, system integration, and post go-live support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, requirements, and objectives, and translate them into effective SAP HCM and Success Factors system solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP HCM modules (including Payroll, Organizational Management, and Time Management) and Experience in handling Success Factors modules (such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance Management, Career Development Planning, Succession Planning, Performance Management and Goal Management, and Learning Management System) to align with business processes and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrate the capability to understand Sohar Aluminium business processes, compare them with SAP best practices, identify process gaps, propose solutions and recommend potential automation opportunities.
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions, develop detailed training materials, and ensure effective user adoption and proficiency across all supported modules.
  • Provide production support by conducting system analysis, resolving system issues, addressing user queries, and recommending continuous process improvements.
  • Offer expert guidance on SAP HCM and Success Factors best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to support ongoing improvement and innovation.
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions to educate business owners on SAP HCM and Success Factors features, capabilities, and best-practice usage.
  • Collaborate closely with other SAP functional teams (e.g., FI, CO) and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP HCM, Success Factors, and other enterprise systems.
  • Experience in managing data flows between on-premise SAP HCM (e.g., Payroll, Time Management) and cloud-based Success Factors environments using integration tools such as Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Business Integration Builder (BIB).
  • Possess extensive experience in managing authorizations and security within SAP HCM (ECC and S/4

    HANA) and Success Factors.
  • SAP certifications in ECC/S/4

    HANA Human Capital Management and Success Factors will be an advantage.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in designing, implementing, supporting, and leading SAP HCM and Success Factors projects, with substantial exposure to S/4

    HANA.
  • Experience configuring and working with SAP HCM modules (Payroll, Organizational Management, Time Management) and Success Factors modules (Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance Management, Career Development Planning, Succession Planning, Performance Management and Goal Management, Learning Management System).
  • Experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support for SAP HCM and SF projects.
  • Ability to understand business processes, map them to SAP best practices, identify gaps, and propose automation opportunities.
  • Strong training delivery skills and ability to develop training materials and drive user adoption.
  • Experience providing production support and driving continuous process improvements.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., FI, CO) to ensure seamless integrations.
  • SAP certifications in ECC/S/4

    HANA HCM and Success Factors are advantageous.
