Key Responsibilities Own and administer the Client Success technology stack, ensuring seamless integration with Sales and Marketing tools Partner with leaders across departments to design workflows for smooth transitions from closed deals to onboarding and retention Build and maintain dashboards linking customer performance metrics to revenue goals, while identifying friction points in the customer lifecycle
Required Qualifications Strong understanding of the leads-to-renewals journey and expertise in customer success metrics (GRR, NRR, NPS) Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable system requirements Exceptional analytical skills focused on data movement between platforms Proven ability to collaborate across departments and communicate technical solutions effectively
