Required Qualifications 8-12+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs in fintech, SaaS, or financial services Proven success in delivering multi-million-dollar initiatives across technology and business domains Strong command of project and program management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall Experience in building and mentoring delivery or PMO teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field;
advanced degrees or certifications like PMP preferred
