Senior Business Analyst

Requirement/Must Have:

• Proven experience leading large-scale data migrations involving financial, billing, and tax systems.
• Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and data transformation strategy definition.
• Experience working with SaaS implementations or integrations, especially financial or billing platforms.
• Understanding of SDLC, ETL processes, and data mapping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and stakeholder presentations.

• Experience migrating data from legacy or mainframe environments to modern platforms.
• Experience supporting testing activities including data validation, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Experience supporting financial, billing, and tax workflows.

• Lead data migration efforts from legacy environments to modern SaaS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity.
• Analyze current financial, billing, and tax processes and propose optimized solutions.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements including data mapping, workflows, and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with developers, database administrators, data analysts, and SaaS vendors to design, test, and deploy migration solutions.
• Act as liaison between client departments and project teams, providing status updates and managing expectations.
• Develop and execute testing strategies including UAT and post-implementation reviews.
• Support change management activities including end-user training and documentation of new processes.
• Assist with project delivery milestones and schedules.

• CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification.
• Experience with change management for technology transitions.
• Familiarity with SaaS financial platforms such as Oracle ERP Cloud or Workday Financials.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems integration best practices.
• Mainframe system familiarity including data structures and workflows.

• Data migration and systems integration.

• Testing and quality assurance.
• Project methodology support (Agile/Waterfall).

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
