Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $95,000.00 to $.

Position Details

Reporting to the Regional Director for Onsite Services, you will lead a team to help Grainger become customers first choice for the products and services they need to keep their workplaces safe, efficient, and functioning. Leading the District efforts for Keep Stock (Grainger's vendor managed inventory solution) engagements and onsite customer service activities. Build solid partnerships to facilitate success allowing Grainger to extend our reach into our customer's locations and provide superior service.

You

Will
  • Keep Stock Management/Leadership:
    • Manage a team of 10 to 20 Onsite Service Representatives/Specialists who maintain inventory in customer accounts helping customers save time and money.
    • Use Grainger network to collaborate within multiple teams to achieve results.
    • Implement Leader Plan which includes assessing and prioritizing, coaching and teaching, hiring top talent.
    • Promote great team member engagement, support team member development.
  • Performance/Resource Management:
    • Manage projects by allocating resources ensuring return on investment and profitability.
    • Understand market conditions and trends and customer requirements to provide appropriate direction and guidance to the broader organization.
    • Ensure the right solutions and resources are being offered/deployed to customers.
    • Ensure excellent customer survey satisfaction levels.

  • 5+ years' manufacturing or industrial business experience with direct leadership experience.
  • Understanding of financial and economic concepts.
