Data Product Manager

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 4 additional years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Architecture Domain
• Advanced degree is preferred
• Proven ability to motivate and influence others to meet project deadlines
• Strong collaboration skills to develop high-quality solutions with stakeholders
• Experience in coaching, delegating, and developing architects and engineers
• Ability to manage cross-domain architecture solutions and issues
• Expertise in domain-specific architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication (verbal and written), and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire lifecycle of enterprise data products and services to fulfill company objectives
• Lead the strategic direction for data products and coordinate with business leaders, data engineers, architects, analysts, and scientists
• Establish and implement the operating model for data products and define their vision and strategy
• Create and maintain data product roadmaps that ensure high quality and performance
• Deliver data solutions that enhance the analytical experiences for Care Firsts customers and internal teams
• Develop strategies that leverage organizational data assets for improved business outcomes and innovation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop use cases, and organize product features
• Oversee the implementation of tools and metrics for managing the data product lifecycle and maintaining a data product catalog
• Conduct product strategy development and maintain the data product vision with stakeholder input
• Promote data capabilities and conduct market research to identify opportunities
