Contract 1099 or C2C
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.
Description:
Provide support in managing the Service Now environments (Dev, Test and Production).
Lead and provide Service Now support and adhering to Change Management processes, Asset Management processes,Business Management processes, Service Management processes.
Ownership and lead tasks towards ensuring Service Now ITAM/CMDB integrity (data completeness and correctness).
Provide Service Now Platform administration, configuration, and development following Agile processes and using industry best practices.
Provide and lead Service Now patching, upgrades, and applications deployments to ensure compliance with the current
Service
Now platform.
Identify and provide solutions to automate manual processes including data validation.
Provide support in managing the Service Now environments (Dev, Test and Production).
Provide services and support reports.
Develop KPI, Dashboard, and Web Page development and implementation as needed.
Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
Experience with IT Service Management, Operations Management and Change Management
Experience with ITAM and CMBD with Data Management focus
Experience with Service Now Implementation (applications, integrations, platforms, etc.)
Service Now System Administrator (CSA) Certification
Extensive background and knowledge of the Service Now platform providing administration tasks, provisioning, ticket research and response, reporting, and maintenance activities.
