ResponsibilitiesResponsible for diagnosing computer‑related problems and requests from all MMC employees, contractors, and physicians. Conduct problem analysis, research, troubleshooting in a remote environment utilizing remote control software. Maintain a broad knowledge of computer technology, equipment, systems and participate in professional development activities as appropriate. Escalate to appropriate resources if unable to resolve problems and requests.
Requirements- Education and Work Experience
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Associate degree preferred
- 2–4 years of working knowledge of PC software and hardware; technical support experience preferred
- Hospital IT experience preferred

Skills and Abilities- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with ability to use Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Meditech (if applicable), Epic (if applicable), Performance Manager/Net Learning
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner.
- Must work independently and make independent decisions when warranted.
- Must communicate and deal tactfully with personnel, visitors, patients, physicians, customers, and the general public.
- Must be flexible, have personal integrity, and function effectively as a team.
- Must follow written and oral instructions.
- Other: computer technology including system software, hardware, networking; analytical capability to research and resolve technology issues; customer service/communication skills, verbal and written.
- Must be knowledgeable in computer duties, use of equipment, etc.
