Job Description:

• We are seeking a BI/MI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence and management information solutions using ETL tools and Micro Strategy. The ideal candidate will transform complex data sets into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into enterprise data warehouses.
• Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Micro Strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability across departments.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance in all reporting layers.
• Strong experience in SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Micro Strategy, including schema objects, dashboards, documents, and report services.
• Proficient with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, star/snowflake schemas, and dimensional modeling.
• 5+ years of experience in BI/MI development, with a strong focus on enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in Agile environments.
