The Nuclear Online Work Management (NOWM) Transformation Initiative aims to digitally transform nuclear work management processes to improve efficiency, safety, and data integrity across our client's nuclear operations. It focuses on modernizing planning, scheduling, and execution workflows through advanced digital tools and integrated data systems.
Seeking a Senior Scrum Master with experience supporting a team or project focused on data, data modeling, data science, and/or AI.
As the Scrum Master (SM), you will plan, lead, organize, and motivate teams to deliver high‑quality, high‑value solutions. You may manage one or several concurrent high‑visibility teams, projects, or assignments that may cross multiple lines of business. Roles include Change Management Practitioner, Process Improvement Lead, Program Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master.
You will lead large, complex projects at a Commercial level, design approaches to meet business goals, coach teams, blend Lean Six Sigma, traditional project management principles, and agile practices, and balance agility with predictability.
Responsibilities- Foster teamwork and team effectiveness as a servant leader, scrum master, and coach.
- Facilitate daily, sprint, release, roadmap, and vision planning and management of solution delivery.
- Lead teams in establishing and refining quantitative metrics of performance and value delivery.
- Enable effective flow of information between teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Lead collaboration of stakeholders through ambiguity or conflict to deliver business strategy.
- Contribute to innovation through continuous improvement within the department and/or company.
- Identify key factors that measure the position’s impact on the organization.
- Operate with a high degree of independence, strategic planning, decision making, and business prioritization.
- Mentor other Scrum Masters and pursue maximizing value and ROI on all assigned projects.
- Directly accountable for agile delivery teams to achieve stability and predictability within a high‑velocity organization.
Responsibilities span the nuclear organization with frequent interaction across departments. The role offers high visibility and exposure to leaders and management.
Job Type & LocationContract position based in Baltimore, MD; fully remote.
Pay And BenefitsPay range: $70.00 – $80.00 per hour.
