Description:

• Experience with Tri Zetto - QNXT Platform
• Understanding of Service-Oriented architecture (SOA)
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand complex business functions
• Ability to understand system interfaces and effectively perform impact analysis / assessment
• Intermediate SQL knowledge and relational database concepts
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Solid, diverse work experience in IT, health insurance delivery, claims processing, enrollment processing, premium billing, provider contracts or benefits administration desirable.
• QNXT configuration experience required on version 4.8 or later.
• Possesses full knowledge of phases of systems analysis as relates to configuration, but also considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
• Thoroughly understand health plan’s environment and how QNXT software can be used to increase efficiencies, cost effectiveness and quality care
• Functions as subject matter expert for industry and system related issues.
