We are seeking a Middle Office / Security Reference Data Analyst for a leading firm in the asset management / investment management sector
. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely setup and maintenance of securities (equities, bonds, derivatives) to ensure trading readiness and operational efficiency.

The role also includes oversight of a third-party service provider managing non-urgent securities and close collaboration with trading, compliance, operations, and technology teams. This is a hands-on position with cross-functional exposure and opportunities to drive process improvements

• Execute or coordinate security setup and maintenance
  , ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Oversee third-party vendor performing non-urgent security setups
• Interact with trading desks, portfolio managers, relationship managers, and operations teams to collect and communicate security information
• Validate third-party data imports (e.g., Bloomberg) and escalate issues as needed
• Provide feedback to management and vendors on timeliness and quality
• Participate in projects or initiatives related to security reference data to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance accuracy

• Experience in securities operations, security setup, or reference/static data
• Familiarity with security master systems
• Bloomberg experience preferred
• Basic SQL/database querying skills a plus
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Work in a leading asset management / investment management environment
