  • Partner with JHTV AI/automation leads to address systemic data issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to automation/AI driven process improvements by translating business requirements into technical needs.

  • Deliver or support training on compliance workflows and data management best practices.
  • Collaborate across JHTV teams to ensure shared understanding of compliance processes, system requirements, and high quality data practices.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required (federal export controls).
  • Three years of administrative, data operations, compliance, or related experience.
  • Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with iEdison, Bayh Dole reporting, or federal research compliance.
  • Experience with Inteum, Salesforce, or similar IP/compliance systems.
