Job SummaryTo provide support and services to end users of Life Bridge Health's Information Systems. Maintain equipment/end user functionality/productivity. Provide Tier-1 end user support with all relevant Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and various in-house desktop applications. Provide end user assistance in understanding how to use the tools to complete their functions. Perform preventative maintenance on installed equipment. Provide Tier-1 end user support with hardware issues.
Document support outcomes that are beneficial to both the team and the end user. Accurately document problem description/resolution into Help Desk tracking software. Assists in the creation of meaningful documentation on application support. Review system trouble-shooting documentation for completeness, currency and availability and obtains updates as required. Assists in the development of policies and procedures for customer support. Performs analysis for hardware and software inquiries/problems.
Diagnose end user problem utilizing support documentation. Analyze end user question/request utilizing departmental standards.
- Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field.
