- Description Leidos is seeking a Technical Analyst to be part of the mission solution and help lead SSA’s Digital Modernization Strategy.

* Defining and documenting system requirements.
* Creating test plans and test cases.
* Using Agile methodologies in all aspects of the role.
* Writing Technical White Papers.
* Creating and maintain data flow diagrams.
* All other duties as assigned or directed. FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS ( Basic Qualifications )
* Bachelor's degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
* Proficient in defining system documentation requirements based on input from technical personnel.
* Experience creating test plan, test cases and test execution.
* Strong experience working in an Agile methodology.
* Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and CMMI Level 3 Methodologies.
* Experience in UML diagramming and design documentation.
* Knowledge of creating and maintaining Data Flow Diagrams and developing Use Cases.
* Exposure to writing Technical White Papers and systems design documents.
* Strong communication and technical writing skills.
* Communication skills to present ideas and concepts effectively; strong and proven problem solving.
* Self-managed with the ability to mentor others.
* Strong experience with ALM to manage requirements.
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement. HOW TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD (Desired Skills) Showcase your knowledge of modern development through the following experience or skills:
* Database experience such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SQL and JDBC.
