After Action Review (AAR) Administrator – We are seeking an experienced After Action Review (AAR) Administrator to support ongoing mission requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands‑on experience managing AAR processes, administering Milestone XProtect AAR or equivalent systems, and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and availability of review documentation and multimedia assets. Supports law enforcement training AAR systems; requires camera/video workflow expertise.

Role Importance – This role supports the systems used to evaluate and improve federal law‑enforcement training outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer Milestone XProtect AARsystems.
- Ensure availability during live training and reviews.
- Troubleshoot and enhance configurations as requirements evolve.
- Coordinate with instructors and IT staff.
- Lead, manage, and administer all aspects of the After Action Review (AAR) process.
- Configure, maintain, and support Milestone XProtect AAR or comparable platforms.
- Ensure proper collection, storage, and retrieval of recordings, logs, and mission‑critical data.
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams to capture key events and produce high‑quality AAR outputs.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform routine maintenance, and support version upgrades.
- Maintain detailed documentation, configuration records, and AAR process workflows.
- Provide user support, training, and guidance on AAR tools and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all security, privacy, and data retention requirements.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience as an After Action Review (AAR) Administrator.
- Certified in Milestone XProtect AAR OR equivalent verifiable experience.
